Overall Return & Refund Policies:
Return and refund policies vary per product due to the unique differences between items. Another factor which is considered is whether they are made in the Sharon Dawn studio, if they are a custom print on demand item made to order, or whether they are a curated product sourced from a 3rd party vendor respecting their individual return and refund policies. All applicable return and refund policies will be noted on the product description page for each product.
Please ask any questions if you need more information about any products as Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
Return and Refund Policy B: This policy only applies to the products noted on the product page noting referring to this specific policy, otherwise each product page displays the applicable return policy as per unique item.
Refund Policy B details:
Returns and exchanges are not supported, since this product is made to order. If you have a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size, we will not be able to offer any solution. Please ask any questions you need to assess sizing prior to purchase. However, if there is an issue with the order (e.g., broken or damaged item, blurry print, etc.), we will replace or refund the item depending on the situation and upon approval of my printer, but you have to inform us within 5 days of product delivery. Please let me know as soon as possible if there is an issue with an order so I may contact my printer to allow for their processing within their policies.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part (as assessed by the printer following report) are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the product or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report as directed.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
If there is a failure to claim the shipment it won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or other applicable product in another size.
